Terms of Use
MyProtocol (myprotocol.in) · Version 2026-08-02 · Last updated 2 August 2026
MyProtocol lets you record and organise things you already track — compounds and doses, bloodwork values, and biometrics you choose to import — so you can see them in one place and take a clearer picture to your own doctor. Everything in your account is information you entered or chose to import.
Nothing in the app is a recommendation to take, stop, or change any compound, drug, supplement or dose. This includes reference material in the Research library, any suggestions shown against out-of-range lab markers, and anything the in-app assistant says. Those are informational only, are drawn from published literature, and are never tailored medical advice. Reference ranges vary between laboratories and between people. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on anything you see here, and seek immediate medical attention in an emergency — do not use this app for urgent problems.
You are responsible for what you record and for what you choose to do. You confirm that you are 18 or older, that any data you enter is your own (or that you have the right to enter it on behalf of someone in your care), and that you will not rely on this app as your only source of health information. Accuracy is not guaranteed: values read from an uploaded report by AI are a draft for you to check, and it is your job to verify them against the original report before saving.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the app, from reliance on anything shown in it, from inaccurate readings or interpretations, or from any interruption or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your health data is yours. In plain terms:
- We never use your data for marketing, advertising or profiling.
- We never sell, rent, or share your data or contact details with third parties for their own purposes.
- We never send you promotional email. Email is used only for things you asked for: verifying your address, resetting your password, and dose reminders you switched on.
- Your data is not used to train AI models. When a lab report is read by AI it is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API as a processor, whose commercial terms exclude API content from model training.
The full detail — what is collected, how long it is kept, and how to get it out or erase it — is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Reading a lab report with AI costs us money per report, so it is limited to one report every 60 days per person. Uploading reports and entering markers by hand are not limited. Your bloodwork history is kept for as long as your account exists, so you can compare past and present results.
So that this limit means something, we keep a one-way cryptographic hash of the email address that used it, together with the date, even after an account is deleted. A hash cannot be turned back into your email address and cannot be used to contact you or to rebuild your record — it only lets us recognise the same address if it signs up again, so the limit cannot be reset by deleting and re-creating an account. Nothing else survives deletion.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. That permanently erases your protocol, dose logs, bloodwork, health data, uploaded reports, assistant transcripts and notification tokens. It cannot be undone and we cannot recover it afterwards. The single exception is the hash described in section 6.
Don’t use the app to break the law, to attempt to access anyone else’s account or data, to disrupt the service, or to re-publish its reference content as your own. We may suspend an account that does.
If we materially change these terms we will bump the version and ask you to accept again. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
